Dance fitness is a cardio workout which helps to reduce risks of many common pregnancy health concerns; keeping fit and strong during pregnancy can help reduce the length of the second stage of labour; mixing with other pregnant mums can give you a new social circle, support from other mums and some new buddies for your new baby; increased oxygen intake can help babies organ development and it is thought that listening to music when pregnant may increase the intelligence of the unborn child, so who knows, having a boogie may do the same.
